Dr. Tedder is a native of South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wofford College. While performing his Pre-Med studies at Wofford, he lettered in both intercollegiate Football and Basketball. He secured a spot on the Academic All-American team as well. He then attained his M.D. Degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Tedder performed his surgical internship at Cornell University and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York City
