The contest is open to the public. Contestants are required to be at least 18 years of age and photos must be taken from the Jekyll Wharf Dolphin Tour boats. Winners will be determined by the Jekyll Wharf Staff. Winners are responsible for all applicable hotel taxes and must be paid directly to the hotel. All contest photos are property of the Jekyll Wharf & The Jekyll Island Club Hotel. Winners will be announced via Facebook and do not have to be present to win. The contest is open to residents of any country and prizes will be mailed to the winners, foreign winners must make arrangements to receive prizes via a US address.
