Jenn Brango

Hi my name is Jen Brango, "the girl with the arms"

Not only am I here online, I am privileged to partner with my hubs Mike. We get to coach some awesome peeps in our gym Only Results Fitness in Phoenixville PA.

Anyone that meets me in my gym or here online will get to know my passions.

I get up early every day, ready to tackle the day. I start with my coffee, giving my furry girls (Lucy and Cassie) hugs, and pumped to see some transformations on a daily basis.

My own personal transformation reads a lot like the majority of women I talk to every day. A constant struggle with what we see in the mirror every day, starting at a very young age.

My journey was not easy, but I don't regret one minute of it. I have worked hard mind, body and soul.

And what I have been able to learn for myself I want to bring to my audience in the gym and online.

Now I accept it when women say " I want your arms". And guess what I am going to teach them to love their arms too.
