JennEd. Services, LLC is about providing quality services in the area of Special Education and Compliance for schools and for families.

Owned and operated by Jennifer Starkey, she has over ten years experience working in the field of special education. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Arizona University in Elementary Education and Special Education. She also holds a Master's in Special Education with an emphasis on Post Secondary Transition from the University of Kansas.

Jennifer is an exceptionally detailed, highly organized, affable instructional leader who can build rapport with a wide range of individuals resulting in outstanding educational results. Jennifer has a consummate knowledge of special education law, teaching, and the heart to practice powerfully. She is articulate, well organized, and responsive to the needs of students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Additionally, Jennifer has excellent conflict resolution skills, the overarching results is an improvement in parent and student relations, special education systems, policies and practices that ultimately can affect a school reputation.

For schools, services offered are:
• Facilitating early childhood (PBIS) behavior plans and involving students in decision making in engaging ways
• Implementing child study team and Child Find
• Enhancing community and parent relations by establishing rapport and frequent communication
• Increasing accountability and training for effective instruction, methods, and IEP development and implementation
• Professional development on implementing IDEA and ADE policies and procedures and Best Practices
• Managing multiple modes of assessment and test scores regarding RTI and Special Education
• Development of intervention plans ( RTI ) in effort to help students at risk
• Development of personalized learning projects for special education students school-wide
• Promoting technology integrations for students with special needs
• Creating a system and policy to meet and confer with parents of special education students prior to enrollment to offer a seamless entry
• Ensuring schools are in compliance and maintaining a good rapport with the state department of education
• Monitoring plans carefully and guiding teachers to implement plans with fidelity

For Families services offered are:
• Overview and consultation of current student IEP/MET
• Attending IEP/MET meetings alongside families for their students
• Providing direction and resources for families and their students with special needs
• Problem Solving with families and their local education agencies to do what is best for their student
• Tutoring in academic areas
