I started my career in lending and real estate in 2003 when I received my real estate broker’s license. Since that time, I have been involved in every aspect of the home buying transaction, including processing, underwriting, and originating. Whether it is a purchase or refinance, I have experience in all loan types from conventional to government, new construction and rehab to existing homes. I also have extensive experience with USDA Rural Development loans, as First Mortgage Company serves a large rural area in Nebraska.

I am a lifelong resident of Nebraska, and I have lived in Lincoln for fourteen years. I grew up in North Platte and received my Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, which included an emphasis in real estate. I am currently a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.
