Jen Dietrich has been practicing massage since 1999. Her greatest skills come from her ability to authentically connect with her clients from a place of compassion and understanding. Through years of struggling with obesity and addiction she has developed a great passion for fitness and health and loves to share that enthusiasm with others. Those struggles also offered her opportunities to grow spiritually and emotionally and sharing that wisdom to help others has become the purpose of her journey.

Jen is working on writing her memoir to share her story and reach others who may need a dose of hope. She has developed and facilitated self-help workshops and looks forward to growing that aspect of her business.

Your massage with Jen will be tailored to your individual needs at every visit. Jen's work is very intuitive so between your intake conversation and her intuition you will receive a massage that is specific to what you need in that moment. She has a gift of creating a peaceful, sometimes transcendent atmosphere for your relaxation, and is also capable of doing deep work on stubborn muscular issues within the body. MASSAGE & A MESSAGE
Open yourself to a new experience as Jen offers any messages from spirits that are picked up during your massage. This may include Jen utilizing hands on energy holds for a focused time during the massage or asking clarifying questions to help interpret the message. Any messages given will be for the highest and best good of the client, with the intention of providing validation, connection and healing.

Raindrop Technique
This massage utilizes Young Living Essential oils to rebalance, heal and re-energize your body. The oils are rubbed into your feet and back, each oil applied in a specific way and layered on top of the previous one. This session offers many healing benefits as well as a deep relaxation.
