Jensen’s Old Fashioned Smokehouse

Jensen's Old Fashioned Smokehouse has been serving the Seattle area for over 25 years, supplying fish to local food stores and many of the vendors of the world famous Pike Place Market in the heart of Seattle's waterfront. All of the Jensen's products are made from wild salmon and are 100% natural. We smoke out fish using ingredients that are simple: salmon, water, sugar, salt, and natural Alderwood smoke. Our cutters hand-select and fillet our fish to ensure we start with the finest quality product, and each batch of smoked salmon is brined in our special brining recipes that have been developed over our years of experience in the smoking business. Our fish are slowly smoked for up to 18 hours using our unique blend of hardwoods and cooking process. This extended smoking process allows us to offer the richest smoked flavor and color you will ever experience.

We specialize in custom hot smoking and vacuum packing salmon for sport and commercial fishermen, as well as other businesses who then sell and distribute their own "private label" smoked salmon. The Jensen's "Seattle Style" line of smoked seafood products is distributed primarily in Washington, Oregon, and California and sold in retail grocery stores.
