I am so thrilled to be able to help women transform their lives and harness their inner radiance. I look forward to working with all of you chicks and helping you to push through your barriers and achieve things that once seemed impossible.

Our boot camp is for all ages and levels of fitness, so no matter where you are in your exercise program (or if you haven’t been involved in one at all) you will do GREAT and see results. As your trainer, I will demonstrate each exercise at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Training takes place in a non-threatening, supportive community with exercises that are designed for women’s bodies, mixing interval cardio and strength training. But more than just a great workout, our classes provide a sense of community among the women – of camaraderie and accountability.

For each class, I ask that you please bring the following items:

Exercise mat

Set of dumbbells (something you can lift 10-15 times; 5-10 lbs recommended)

Stability ball (bring on Thursday – exercise ball between 55 – 75 cm)

You can pick up most, if not all of these items at Wal-Mart/Academy/Target. For the stability ball, the box will tell you which size you need according to your height. Everything we do on Thursdays can be done without the stability ball if you do not wish to purchase it. However, the stability ball provides for a GREAT core workout, so I highly recommend purchasing one.
