Jesse Lilley, the private owner of Macar Properties, Inc., is a licensed building contractor with OVER 30 years of residential experience. Based out of Greenville, NC, Jesse has built over 150 houses and has drawn and modified plans and has uniquely customized and designed each interior to satisfy his clients.
