Jesus Christ for All Nations is a multi-faceted Outreach Ministry...

It rests under the covering of Senior Pastors Willie & Roxane Harper in Pleasanton, California. Together, they work in the vineyard to build the Kingdom and raise victorious Kingdom possessors who will lead the nations to Jesus.

JCFANS, as we are affectionately known, began as a vision in the heart and mind of Pastors Willie & Roxane Harper. The Pastors were called by God to early morning prayer and given the vision of a church in the Bay Area filled with people whose hands were lifted up worshiping God.. These people were of every nationality, and they were joined together in unity.

These two soul mates overcame martial problems and cocaine addiction through the saving power of the Holy Spirit. Their new lives are devoted to freeing the captive and imparting life and glory to the lost and weary. When you meet them, right away you will know Jesus is not just a subject they preach or teach, but in Him they "move, live and have their being."

Pastor Willie is not unfamiliar to the Bay Area sports community since he is a former professional football player that played 11 years with the SF 49ers. He was also an All-America on the 1970-71 University of Nebraska National championship team, were he received a Bachelors Degree in Education. Pastor Willie Harper is a true Pastor that loves Jesus. He is a loving husband, a gentle and concerned father, a dedicated leader and a concerned pastor.

Pastor Roxane, earned her Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Masters Degree in Social Work. In her profession, she has used her gifts as a Marriage - Family - Child Counselor, as Broker and Owner of Crown Valley Properties, President of Rabboni Publishing Co. and President of Youth Achieving Destiny (YAD). Pastor Roxane Harper is a loving and caring wife, mother & a sweet caring pastor that loves Jesus with her whole heart.

After being together over 40 years with 9 children, 14 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchild, and over 20 years of pastoring, they still have the spark of God's light in their eyes, the fire of His Spirit upon their feet, and the laughter of His praises on their lips.
