KneeHigh Ninjas Program (ages 4 - 6)

Offering a fun-filled and positive learning environment for pre-schoolers, kindergarteners, and first-graders, our KneeHigh Ninjas Program enhances the development of basic good habits such as paying attention, following directions, cooperating with others, respect for self and others, self-control, and self-discipline.

Juniors Program (ages 7 - 12)

Combining physical exercise, motor skill development, Tae Kwon Do curriculum, and life skills training, the emphasis of our Juniors Program is to establish discipline through the two fundamental Martial Arts training principles of attention and respect. Both attention (standing perfectly upright and still while listening to the instructor) and respect (bowing to one another and the instructors) are developed in a child through mental focus and physiology.


For Adults:

Designed for those 13 and older, our Adults Program offers an ideal balance of physical exercise, philosophy, self-defense, and Martial Arts curriculum. The classes involve conditioning, toning, and stretching, along with fundamental Tae Kwon Do skill development.


Adaptive Martial Arts

Here at Jhoon Rhee Arlington, we have developed a unique program designed specifically for children with special needs. This program "adapts" the standard Martial Arts techniques and teaching strategies to best suit the specific needs of each student. The class is structured for children who have Autism Spectrum Disorders or other Developmental or Intellectual Disabilities.

Students receive individualized instruction while learning to excel in a group setting. These weekly half hour classes will give students an excellent opportunity to improve their motor skills, coordination, focus and self-control through Martial Arts drills and games.


Kardio Kickboxing:

Designed for both men and women, Kardio Kickboxing offers a fun, total-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strengthens and tones, reduces body fat, and reduces stress levels. First made popular by Billy Blanks’ Tae-Bo video workout and infomercials, Kardio Kickboxing is a high-intensity, calorie-burning workout that is great for all levels of fitness. Our approach blends elements of boxing, martial arts, and traditional aerobics into a 60-minute exercise routine.
