Jiminy Realty is the real estate division of Jiminy Peak. Over time as Jiminy Peak grew, its real estate development also grew in stages with the changing clientele that found that Jiminy Peak was the right distance for travel from their homes. Owners came to enjoy the modern base lodge facilities, new mountain peaks, high speed six person chairlift creating an efficient lift system, excellent snowmaking, meticulous grooming and most importantly the friendly services offered by our trained professionals.
