We are a locally owned and operated BBQ restaurant doing classic BBQ--Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork & Brisket. But I also do a host of gourmet quality sandwiches and burgers featuring smoked and cured meat. I cure my own corned beef, pastrami, and bacon. Some of our other sandwiches include smoked salmon club, The Three Little Pigs (our best selling sandwich) and smoked prime rib. Of course, we do lots of catering as well.
