We are known for WINGS and RIBS! It's what we do best.
Our wings are not battered or fried, they are smoked for 2.5 hours using our own 5 spice dry rub. The RIBS are the best in Chatham County! After 4.5 hours in the smoker, we use a traditional sweet, brown BBQ sauce and serve them fresh daily.... sure to LITERALLY "fall off the bone"!
We also smoke our very own Boston Butts, so pulled pork sandwiches are a house favorite!
Fresh produce, hand-pattied CAB burgers, whole wheat wraps, and even homemade PIZZA dough!
