I specialize in pain reduction and muscular rehabilitation. Prior to relocating to NorCal, I worked closely with a Sports Medicine Physician in Huntington Beach, CA, aiding with injury rehabilitation and recovery as well as prevention of injuries. I have been expanding my specialization through continuing education - averaging over 80 hrs of continuing education per year.

I like to incorporate several modalities: Medical/Deep Tissue, Swedish & Lymphatic Drainage massage to create a customized session that takes into consideration your needs. Helping people reduce pain and stress is what motivates me. I offer deep/specific work catered to each client to help them heal, while still providing an enjoyable, relaxing massage.
