Joe & Steve are detailed, dedicated and diligent full-time real estate professionals. They specialize in the sale and rental of residential properties and condominiums of all types throughout Southern Connecticut.

Joe has been a licensed realtor since 1986 and has been affiliated with RE/MAX since 2002. He attended the University of CT and is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College. He is very detailed, dedicated & diligent and takes great pride in providing superior service to his clients. This is evident as Joe has been awarded the prestigious Connecticut Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent Award every year from 2011 through 2016. This award is given to fewer than than 7 percent of CT Realtors who provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction as indicated by clients, peers and industry experts. In February 2013, Joe was awarded the coveted RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award for achieving over $1,000,000 in gross commissions. Joe is also a consistent member of the RE/MAX 100% Club for outstanding sales achievement. For the year ending 2014, he was awarded the more prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Club award for superior sales production.

Steve renewed his real estate license in January 2013 after taking time off from the business for several years. Originally from Maine, Steve relocated to Connecticut shortly after high school. Steve previously worked for Pier 1 Imports and Ethan Allen Furniture Stores in various management positions. Steve has a great eye for decorating and utilizes this fabulous skill when marketing properties. Steve possesses the same important business skills and professionalism as Joe. He successfully communicates and guides clients through all steps of their real estate experience -- with a smile!

Joe & Steve have been life long partners since 1986. They live on the picturesque East Haven waterfront. Throughout the years, they have tastefully renovated several homes and condominiums in the New Haven area. Joe & Steve also own several investment properties in the New Haven area. When they are not busy selling real estate, Joe & Steve enjoy pampering their beautiful Golden Retrievers Sophie & Hayley and traveling.
