Joes palm room

Joe's Palm Room has a long history as one of the premier clubs in Louisville that consistently features quality live jazz. Originally called Dave's Palm Room and located at 13th and Magazine streets, the venue was bought by Joe Hammond in 1954 and renamed. The current location on Jefferson Street was built especially for the club with three separate spaces for the dance floor, pool tables and main bar/stage area. Black leather banquet seating, low lights and dark wood give the interior an aura underground mystique, while two patios are available for outdoor lounging. Jazz and R&B bands perform live several nights a week, and DJs spin regularly.
