There are no preservatives, no trans fat, no hydrogenated oil and no additives in the baked good I freshly prepare for you. All my product has whole grain gluten free sorghum flour, made with all natural and wholesome ingredients.
Some items are not just gluten free, they are vegan too! Such as Focaccia, coconut almond macaroon, cranberry date coco bar, vegan oatmeal raisin cookie with bob's gluten free oats and vegan chocolate cupcake.
I special order all the gluten free flour from Bob's Red Mill, a leading gluten free flour manufacturer in Oregon, plus all ingredients I use are the best money can buy. I firmly believe only the best ingredient make the best gluten free baked goods. No wheat flour, addictive, preservaties or artificial anything.
Our family has to follow a gluten-free and corn-free diet, so I understand your concern and we have been living gluten free, wheat free and corn free in the last 12 years. You won’t find corn starch or corn meal in my baked goods because my husband is allergic to corn apart from gluten. Plus my kitchen is not contaminated with wheat flour like most bakeries. All the baked goods will be listed with all of its ingredients on the website. I hope you enjoy.
