Throughout the course of a session we will do an in-depth intake, including as much of one's health history that can be recollected. If you have had any imaging taken (i.e. x-rays, MRI's, etc.), please bring a copy with you, as the report can help clarify particular health history events and potential current issues. Please bring a list of medications your might be taking and for any acute conditions, please check with your primary care physician and get a note if necessary.
We will discuss (patient and myself) what the objectives are for present day treatment and future goals over the course of intervention.
An on going care plan, including guided self-care techniques (stretches, self massage, postural changes, etc.) and a schedule for hands-on therapy will be established.
Catering to a variety of needs, we have manifold objectives through the implementation of several modalities that will translate to the ultimate goal of a better quality of life.
