We offer personal training, small group training and 159 weekly fitness and Pilates classes: Indoor Cycling, Reformer, Circuit, Fitness Trampoline, Pilates, TRX, Barre, Strength, X-Train, HIIT, Rowing, Cardio, Stretch...and more. We also offer 25-minute "express" classes, which are ideal when you are pressed for time. Our express classes can be combined with other classes to create a perfect cross-training workout.
