I’m John Shumaker aka Shu. I’m here change perception of the Sales. We are going down the road of moving our industry to the 21st century. I feel customer are looking for honest and professionals, selling a quality product at a fair price.

I feel the late Generation X and the especially the Millennials will not buy a product or service in the tradition manner. This group will not spending hours in negotiations, it is obsolete. Time is too valuable these days to waste a whole day buying something that you want. Let’s change that, what so you say?

Customer Service is going to be the utmost importance. We are going are going to change the “Art of the Deal” by doing your way. Here is the only catch to my concept. I’m going to ask you whether you purchase a vehicle or not, too analyze the sale process to so I can refine process. This a grand experiment that you the public will get to participate in.
