John.Gray/Baird & Warner

Originally from the Detroit metro area, John has been a resident of Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood since 2008 and is very familiar with Rogers Park, Evanston, and the northern suburbs.

Since moving to Chicago, John has worked exclusively in the pet care industry as a dog walker, the owner of his own dog walking company, and as manager of a company that walked, boarded, and groomed dogs. These positions built the foundation for his dedication to customer service and the importance he places on communication with his clients.

John has chosen a career in real estate because of his love of houses. Whether they’re big or small, old or new, or even in need of major renovations, houses are fascinating. Being a real estate broker allows John to leverage his diligence and love of research to help others make smart real estate decisions.

John is devoted to taking the time to listen and learn about his client’s needs, wants, and desires and will work tirelessly on their behalf. He will do everything in his power to ensure his clients success in buying or selling their home. His goal is to exceed expectations.

In his spare time, John enjoys taking long walks in his neighborhood (and looking at the houses), cooking, and catering to the needs of his cat, Axel Johnson. John is a graduate of Michigan State University.
