Johnny’s BBQ is a locally owned Bar-B-Q restaurant in Gainesville, Georgia. Owned and operated by Gainesville natives, Tharpe Ward, Judy Ward, Graham Ward and Zack Ivey, Johnny’s has been serving customers in Hall County for over 2 decades. Over this period of time the Johnny’s staff has maintained a carefully run business taking pride in consistency and cleanliness.

We offer a fine family style environment for our dine-in business. Our dining room decoration is inspired by the history of Hall County. Over the last 15 years Johnny’s has developed an efficient and affordable catering system staffed with employees experienced in all different styles of events. Some of these events include wedding parties, private parties, concerts, and many charity events.

We have a broad spectrum of capability of feeding parties ranging from 50 to 1000 people. With a simple menu, Johnny’s serves good old fashion hickory smoked BBQ at a price that is affordable. Our main business goal is to provide a wonderful product to the people of our community and surrounding communities of Gainesville, Georgia.

Johnny’s also provides services for small and large carry-out orders which are great for the work place or home environment. All orders are taken personally by phone. Thank you!
