Johnson's Elite Training (JET) was founded by Owner and Head Trainer Shawn Johnson. Shawn has over 8 years of education and experience in the field of exercise, including a BS and MS degree, and is a published author in research. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who strives to be the best at what he does. Having his Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology allows you to come in at any "starting point" and know you'll be in great hands.
