Johnson's Smokehouse & Sausage is a small sausage company—family owned and operated since 1983.
In our newly remodeled sausage kitchen we produce all our own products under the USDA HACCAP Program, one of the most strict food safety programs in the world. Our equipment is state of the art European designed with our old world recipes and new world ideas. We've come up with customer approved mouth watering products. When you eat Johnson products you're eating nothing but the finest spiced ingredients. "The most wholesome meat products around," we hear it everyday from our happy satisfied customers.
