Joker Party Supply is a family-run business that started in 1995 by an Armenian man who came to America to build a better life for his family. In the streets of Downtown LA, the store initially started as a humble little establishment with some paper goods and balloons. 18 years later, it’s over 5 times its original size and carries over 200 different party themes, aisles of balloons & piñatas, and has evolved into one of the largest of its kind in not only Los Angeles, but nationwide. JPS plays an active role in its community, helping churches, schools and non-profit organizations all year round.
