Jolly Roger

">The Jolly Roger was originally located on Powell Blvd until the owner lost his lease, and moved the sign over to its new location on 12 & Madison in the early 90’s. The Cheerful group purchased The Jolly Roger in the Summer of 2002. The partners remodeled the interior, and began the process of turning it into the neighborhood landmark that it is today. In 2004 Rob & Starr Jackson bought out their partners to become the sole owners. There have been numerous remodels since then, including the addition of a patio area. The Jacksons also own The Sports Page at 8590 SW Hall Blvd in Beaverton and their newest addition, The Jolly Roger at John’s Landing 5627 SW Kelly St in Portland, which opened in 2009. You can still find them tending bar at one of their locations across Portland.
