**Please keep in mind that I do not have a receptionist, so if I'm not able to answer your call, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can. If you text or email, that is the fastest and easiest way to get ahold of me since I could be doing a service at any time. I try my best to accomadate all my clients, but due to the amount of clients I have, it is best to call three weeks in advance to make sure you can get in when you would like.

Cancellation Policy and Fees
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will also be charged in full for the scheduled service. My time is valuable and I have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule your appointment with Jordan's Studio, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Return Policy:
It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skincare products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of the products for home use and find them to be defective, I will exchange any products within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately I cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products.
