Customers start with a fresh baked pita, fresh salad greens, or our saffron rice bowl, then top it with their choice of boldly seasoned spit roasted meats, carved right before your eyes, then top it off with fresh cut vegetables, locally sourced when possible, Wisconsin cheeses, the finest imported olives and peppers and finally finish it with their choice of our house-made sauces from around the Mediterranean. This fully customizable dining option offers something for everyone including vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose free, and low carb. Mediterranean foods feature items that are naturally high in protein, low in cholesterol and saturated fats, high in “good” fats, high in dietary fiber, and low in added sugars.
