We offer your basic cuts from burger, cubed steak, stew meat, and roasts. We also make sausage patties, smoked sausage and a variety of summer sausage combinations.....from peppers to cheese.
For the 2011-12 season we have gone to commercial grade vacuum packaging of everything. The product lasts longer in the freezer. Just another benefit and keeping up with the customers' expectations of quality.
