Having a baby is such a big, beautiful journey milestone. Congratulations! When you look back on your birth experience, many thoughts may come to mind: the excitement, the challenges and trials of labor, seeing your little one's face for the first time... Additionally, my hope is you'll also think of how incredibly strong, courageous, and capable you were, and remember how incredibly supported you were mentally, emotionally, and physically by those in your birth space.
