Joyflow Yoga

Joyflow is dedicated to offering expert instruction, providing a supportive environment, and helping students find their joy through yoga. Joyflow has recently joined up with Fitness Plus. You can chose the monthly membership option you like best. We now offer not only a variety of yoga classes, but also Pilates Reformer, Tai Chi and Zumba.
