Classic Hatha yoga encourages each student to work at their own pace. Classic Hatha yoga offers you a safe practice method, you will not be forced to push your body beyond its ability because the practice of yoga is a process. Hatha yoga is not about performance or competition. You will learn to listen to your body, concentrate on your breath, and find stillness in your mind.

Joyful Stillness Yoga Studio is located in the convenient downtown area of Kingsport, TN. The yoga studio is located at 113 West Market Street.
