JoyRide Center Therapeutic Horsemanship Program

Located on 10 beautiful wooded acres between Magnolia and Tomball, JoyRide Center uses a herd of very special therapy horses and dedicated volunteers to provide therapeutic riding, hippotherapy, and a day habilitation program for our clients.

Our mission is to help people with different abilities find more Joy in life through equine-assisted activities and therapies, along with functional/life skills education.

Our vision: Believing in the unique abilities within in all people, JoyRide Center strives to be a place where the impossible can become I'M POSSIBLE!

Client ages range from 3 yrs olds to senior adults. Each client is part of a team which consists of the horse, instructor, and up to 3 volunteers who provide assistance by side walking or leading the horse.

Our Therapeutic Riding Instructors are certified by PATH, Intl. (formerly NARHA), and hippotherapy sessions are conducted by our licensed Physical & Occupational Therapist.
