Welcome to J’s on the Bay in Rosebank! We are a Retro, 50’s-style Breakfast, Dinner, Lunch and Brunch spot.

Our attentive staff and unique menu (Specials Menu updated weekly) will consistently exceed your expectations. All of this is brought to you by owner and head chef, Joe Salimeni. We aim to raise the standard, being Staten Island's only Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert restaurant, serving only the best from 6am until 8pm Mon-Fri and 7am-3pm on the weekends. When you step into J’s on the Bay, expect the unexpected. We may appear to be a coffee shop but that will change after one look at our daily specials or some of our main menu items like our Sweet Potato Croquettes, J's Chicken & Waffles, the Grilled Cheese or Burger or our delicious South of the Border Omelette.
