In Jeff's own words:

We fly because it's a passion that we share, a bonded lifestyle to look down and see the ground as the birds see it, to graze the fields and brush the treetops, to wave at the people who look up at us, and to share our experience with whomever will listen. We love this­­–it's our life and our calling, and we are listening to the call.

Jeff was a friend and inspiration to people all over the world. We felt lucky to have flown with him on a regular basis, to learn from his superior knowledge and abilities, and share adrenalin-induced smiles at the end of the day while the sun sets to the west.

It's appropriate that we name his home field after him and maintain it in his honor. We'll strive to keep his memory alive as he would do for us.
