Our boxing & cross-training workouts are different from anything you have tried before. We optimize maximum conditioning through outdoor training. Our training sessions change frequently so the workouts are not the same day after day. Classes begin with a warm up such as jumping rope, after the warm up we move into the cross-training session. The cross-training session will vary from day to day. Then we move on to the boxing session. The boxing session includes hitting a variety of different heavy hanging bags and free-standing floor bags.
Saturday's class is designed for adults only consisting of the following:
Sledge-hammer, speed chains, tire flipping, TRX Suspension, sled pulling, weight training, core training, medicine balls, Bosu balls, etc. Then after that we move on to boxing workout.
Boxing is an intense workout where you will learn the art and science of boxing, self-defense and get in the best conditioning of your life. Best of all you will have fun at it and see the improvements you made in your punching as well as feeling better!
