We serve organic thin crust pizza in 28 varieties and organic salads available for take-out or dine-in. We use a special organic Hi Gluten flour (a gluten-free option is available) that produces our crispy thin crust, and the best quality mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Our tomato sauce is made fresh every day using the finest chopped organic tomatoes and organic extra virgin olive oil; plus, gourmet toppings like roasted eggplant, portabella mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and lots of arugula to ensure you'll never run out of tasty options.
