My focus is providing counseling to LGBTQ+ individuals & those struggling with codependency. However, I work with a variety of clients who seek counseling for a number of reasons. It might be a sense of sadness or anxiety that won't go away. One may feel a lack of direction in life. There might be hurt or confusion from the past that's led to a lack of self-confidence, sleep disturbances, self-harm, substance abuse, or suicidal thoughts. It could be that you are struggling in your relationship & find yourself neglecting your feelings & needs.

No matter what you are dealing with, therapy provides you the opportunity for healing. It is my intention to provide you with empathy & understanding, not labels & diagnoses. My hope is that we establish a relationship of trust, safety & non-judgment so that we can work together effectively on your goals.

A strong therapeutic relationship is crucial to successful treatment. In working with me, you can expect honesty, respect, acceptance, & open communication. If either of us feels that we are not a good fit for one another, I will be happy to provide you with a referral for a new therapist to better meet your needs.
