Junction

Junction is the third restaurant opened by Adam Frazier. His first establishment, the Local, was opened in 2008 and in 2016 he added the Local Smokehouse.

After purchasing the property on which Junction stands and beginning renovations, Adam was inspired by the beauty of the historic building and began to envision the type of atmosphere that he wanted to evoke. The building started to feel like a turn-of-the-century saloon, thus the idea of doing a modern take on the old west saloon was born. The idea grew over time into what we see today. Junction uses the freshest ingredients available (local, when possible) to create innovative Southwestern dishes. The cuisine is paired with a beverage program that focuses on hand-crafted cocktails, local and New World beers and wines, served in a casual, family-friendly environment.
