The town of Jupiter Island is located on the barrier island called Jupiter Island, in Martin County, Florida, United States; the town is part of the Port St. Lucie, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area. It has no post office, as all mail comes from Hobe Sound on the mainland. The population was 817 at the 2010 census.
