Our Philosophy - Our philosophy is to have our patients/parents be informed and actively involved in the decision-making process related to their health care. We use a variety of written materials, recommend local resources and encourage you to gather information and bring questions to help in this dialog. We include education in most of our visits.
Emergency - In the event that you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency you should call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency center if unable to contact 911.
After hour consultation - After hours consultation is available for our established patients. The provider can be reached by calling the clinic number and the answering service will screen the call and notify the provider. The provider typically calls within 30-minutes of receiving the message.
Laboratory testing – Specimen for lab testing is collected at the site by our experienced medical assistant. Routine in-office testing includes blood pressure, rapid strep tests, and urinalysis.
Referral - We have a great network of specialists available for consultation and referral and we consider having the best expertise available as part of our quality of care. We are not hesitant to get a second opinion or additional consultation when it is indicated or requested by our patients.
Hospitalization - If hospitalization is required our medical director have agreed to care for our patients during a hospital stay. Our practitioner does not provide any direct in hospital patient care.
Expecting mothers – We do provide consultation for expecting mothers. Our Medical director will see the newborn at the hospital and we can see the newborn at our clinic when the baby gets discharged.
