I am an Independent Personal Trainer with over 13 years of experience. I offer both private sessions and small group training. I incorporate my knowledge and certified training in kettle bells, aerobics, gravity, pilates, yoga (and so much more) to create training plans that focus on strength, balance and functional movement.
