Just Right Eating

Founded by Stephanie Johnson in Taylorville, Illinois, Just Right Eating was built upon the principles of providing meals in correct portions, using fresh ingredients, offering a variety of delicious flavors, affordable pricing options, and minimal preparation time for busy people on the move who want a balanced diet. Their current Hedley location was opened just after Labor Day in 2013 and expanded operations to include Grab-n-Go meals and increased their meal-making and delivery capacity. Meals range from low-calorie and gluten-free to low-card and heart-healthy (for special meal restrictions, please contact Just Right Eating). Since opening their Springfield location, Just Right Eating has widened their delivery radius to include Jacksonville, Champaign, and Grab-n-Go meals at the Springfield FitClub South location.
