For over 30 years, Kabuki Kapiolani has been delighting guests with traditional Japanese dishes and sushi. We welcome your family to our family restaurant, and we hope you will visit us often.

Kabuki Restaurant was established in Hawaii in 1965 by Katsumi and Haruko Kazama. Their first restaurant in the Waimalu Shopping Center in Aiea continues to offer traditional Japanese dining as well as local okazuya favorites. Kabuki Kapiolani opened in 1984 at its current location on Kapiolani Boulevard.

Kabuki Kapiolani's customer favorites include our sushi and dishes like the Yosenabe and Misoyaki Butterfish. If you haven't visited us in a while, come back for your regular favorite or try something new.
