"From Generation to Generation"
For more than forty years, our family has been serving home-style cooking and kept the tradition of southern cuisine alive in our community. In 1968, a former pool hall with two bar stools and a small window to pass plates through became Bankhead Restaurant, now known as K&K Soul Food. Word spread fast about the good cooking and that's why we are still here today.
A small family business has become one of Atlanta's most famous eats because from generation to generation our recipes will always remind you of home. For us, that means Sunday dinner, family and the sharing of love and we add a little piece of that in every meal we serve. Warm cornbread, collard greens, fried chicken and candied yams are still some of the favorites on our menu, so grab a plate!
