Karl Drews Park and Community Center

The Karl Drews Community Center was built in the early 80's and has had many improvements since. The House renovations were complete in 2004. An All inclusive Playground was completed in 2009. The community center was named in honor of Fire Chief Karl Drews, who served the San Carlos Fire Department from 1979 until his tragic death in 1990 when he died in a plane crash while helping another fire district.
