Why Karma Kare?

Long held beliefs systems, assumptions and fears can get in our way, cause pain and suffering and block us from joy. Often these assumptions are so close to us we don't even see them, perhaps from early childhood or even something we were born with. In the practice of Karma Kare we go to the source of where these karmas come from, identify them and finally, let them go when they no longer serve . Karma Kare is about finding happiness, joyousness and freedom when we can let go of what's holding us back.
