Here at Karoun Yoga we have a great community of students who work hard, try new things, and laugh at themselves along the way. Through regular yoga practice, they have seen their lives improve as they start to become happier and healthier people. At Karoun, we grow and learn together.

Download our new app - look up Karoun in your app store! Please sign into class early - we now have a minimum sign up! Don't worry, class will most likely run, be we need three people to be signed up to run class - if you signed up and class is cancelled, you will be notified by email.


New Students

Karoun Yoga offers different levels of classes. We recommend that as a beginner you start with a beginner class or a level 1 class. We recommend new students stay in level 1 for awhile, but then to challenge yourself after a while, move up to a level 2 class! It is important to keep growing in yoga, as it is in life. We’re here to be brilliant, sparkling, expansive human beings. We can’t do that if we stay stuck in the same place or pose! When you feel like you are ready to move on to level 2, talk to your teacher, respect and honor their opinion, as well as your own body and thoughts.


$30 For 30 Day Special (For Residents Only)

Most of our brand new yogis start with our 30 dollars for 30 days introductory special which is a really great way to try it out, and see if yoga and our studio is right for you. We have several different teachers at the studio, each with their own style. The thirty day special allows new students to try out the different classes and teachers and see what the studio has to offer before deciding to stay on as a member.


Sign up early for class

We do need a minimum number of early sign-ups to run class, we need three people signed up. If you sign up early and class is cancelled (which will rarely happen), you will be notified via email. The online schedule is always updated. If you are not sure if you want to do a 30/30 we can always upgrade you from a drop-in class. So sign up ahead of time and we will take care of you!
