I offer the techniques, modalities and philosophies that have worked for me to support you in creating wholeness within yourself and creating more harmonious relationships with others. Life coaching, yoga and meditations classes, transpersonal hypnotherapy sessions, personal health and wellness programs, personal transformational alignments and spiritual guidance are how I support you in living a healthier, happier, more joyful life. I have and continue to study and apply in my life, nutrition, physical health and wellness techniques and practices, yoga therapy and philosophy, relaxation and meditation practices, mental and emotional balancing therapies and practices, spiritual practices and philosophies.

I am a certified transpersonal hypnotherapist, certified yoga teacher and ordained minister. I have been certified in many other modalities, techniques and practices that support living a healthy, happy, fulfilling life. I am also the owner and director of the beautiful, peaceful and rejuvenating Starlight Ridge Woodland Retreat located between Little Rock and Conway.
